Warragul Greens or NZ Spinach are Indigenous Plants,

gathered, blanched for 3 minutes and eaten by Aborigines,

and now by any one interested in Edible Wild Plants.

Happy Hikers  in conjunction with Melbourne Walks are Hosting a walk to forage Native wild plants, eaten by Aborigines, the First People.

On Sat March 10th at 11am starting at Albert Park Reserve near the northern end of Fitzroy Street.

The walk will end at Catani Gardens, near the foreshore.

You need to Book and Pay $20 per person,  now on the site below.

Bring A Picnic, Sun Hat, Water and a basket for Cuttings.

The Picnic will occur before a walk into woodland and the sea shore.
