Topic: The History of Tea Take a journey through time with our own June Valentine, on the story of one of the most successful useful plants and beverage favorite to millions…….indeed BILLIONS! Humble Tea – camellia sinensis.

PLUS: Herb plants for sale They’re back!  It’s been a long time since you have been able to purchase herbs plants from Clive Larkman’s Renaissance Nursery at HSOV and at incredible prices discounted for our members. (non-members get a pretty good deal too!)

Visitors from other Herb Societies here for the Herb Conference are welcome to attend.

Monthly events are held at:

  • Room MB10 Main Building.
  • Burnley campus of Melbourne University (was Burnley Horticultural College),
  • 500 Yarra Blvd Richmond
  • Enter from the main entrance.
  • Room is open 7.00pm for 7.30pm start
  • Parking inside the grounds is limited so, if possible please park on Yarra Blvd and walk in.
  • Please note latest COVID Update for Melbourne University continues to strongly encourage mask wearing and individuals to remain up to date with their COVID-19 vaccinations but will no longer require evidence of vaccination in order to access campus.
