Assoc Prof Hafiz Suleria or Assoc Prof Said Ajlouni (TBC) from the Melbourne University, School of Agriculture, Food and Ecosystem Sciences will be our guest speaker. Some of the research projects they have been involved with include the impacts of chocolate and seaweed on gut health; both delicious, but maybe not together! This presentation will focus on the latest research on herbs to provide an even better understanding of why they are good for you!
