This practical workshop will focus on backyard herbs and weeds as sources for making remedies, tonics and concoctions. Winter herbal tonics have served as a winter survival tool for centuries, and still serve as a popular natural remedy for those interested in plant medicine as a source for healing. The HSoV is holding a special workshop on tonics and ways to get us up and running into not only survival, but joyous energy.
