The Annual General Meeting to discuss tabled reports and elect the committee
Followed by a tribute to the longest serving committee member -Jill Bryant.
The Herb Society is 42 years old this year and for 39 of those years, Jill Bryant has been serving on the committee, but has decided it is now time to step down. Over those years, Jill has worked diligently for the society, organising Herb Seminars and Herb Conferences, and monthly guest speakers for many years, providing presentations at HSOV and other groups on behalf of HSOV, sharing cuttings and plants at meetings, running the Facebook page and website, as well as being President twice and many other committee roles. Amazing!
There will be a special thankyou with a few tributes from her many herbie friends, followed by herb teas and supper.
